My name is Jennifer Carr and this my personal website about the environmental movement to restore the Ocklawaha River by dam removal. Together we can finally resolve Florida's biggest environmental boondoggle by removing remnants of the de-authorized Cross Florida Barge Canal project that continue to prevent native wildlife movement between fragmented habitats.
